What is Group Therapy?

Group therapy is a process that allows individuals to come together in a setting with their peers to openly discuss struggles and challenges that they share.

All groups are facilitated by a Master’s level therapist who helps create a safe space for resolution to occur.

Groups are frequently focused around a specific topic such as anger, depression or self-esteem.

Why Group Therapy?

  • Enables participants to view themselves through the eyes of other, which can lead to considerable insight.
