Richard O Ajayi, MD is the Chief Medical Officer for ABS. He also serves as an Inpatient Psychiatrist at Washington Health System (WHS) in Washington PA and Medical Director of Outpatient Psychiatry at WHS Center for Mental Health and Wellbeing Outpatient Services.

Born and raised in Nigeria, Dr. Ajayi obtained his medical doctorate from the University of Ilorin where he graduated in the top 5th percentile of his class.  He was President of the Medical Student Council and trained as a psychiatrist at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York where he graduated as the top resident in his class.  Dr. Ajayi completed his residency at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and is triple board certified in Psychiatry, Sleep Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
